The inaugural RankMyAgent.com’s Real Estate Professionals awards (R-OSCARS) will recognize the industry’s top professionals based on transactions completed and reviews received between January 1st 2024 and December 31st 2024.
The categories are:
1) Top 100 Agents in Canada (National Award)
These prestigious awards celebrate the Top 100 real estate professionals in Canada. We rank all agents based on reviews received for transactions in the given year.
2) Top 50 Teams in Canada (National Award)
Teams are defined by more than one person working together. We rank all teams based on the transactions for a given year to award them this highly coveted award.
3) Best of City Awards for Agents and Teams
This is awarded to the Top three or up-to ten professionals or Teams in each city. It is awarded on an annual basis based on the reviews received for properties transacted within one calendar year. For the 2023 awards, the time frame is Jan 1, 2024 - Dec 31, 2024.
- Real Estate professionals with any account type (free or paid) can be nominated to win this prestigious award
- Individuals and Team awards will be awarded in their own categories
- The nominee will be considered for the first city that they geo-farm on their profiles
- The award winners will be selected based on the quality, ranking and rating of reviews for the recorded transactions in the time-frame.
4) Inaugural Accelerator Award - 2024 - National
This award will be presented to the top 20 individual real estate professionals in Canada that are up to three years new to the real estate.
5) Top Ranked Brokerage Award – Canada – 2024
- This award will be awarded to the top three brokerages in Canada based on the quality, ranking and rating of reviews received for agents in their offices in 2024. Brokerages can participate in this award by claiming a free online profile or a paid account. Get started now
