The inaugural RankMyAgent.com’s Real Estate Professionals awards (R-OSCARS) recognize the industry’s top professionals based on transactions completed and reviews received from January 1st to December 31st of the year.
The categories are:
1) Top 100 Agents in Canada (National Award)
These prestigious awards celebrate the Top 100 real estate professionals in Canada. We rank all agents (both free and paid) based on the rating and number of reviews received for transactions in the given year.
2) Top 50 Teams in Canada (National Award)
Teams are defined by more than one real estate professionals working together. We evaluate all registered teams based on their transaction reviews for a given year and rank them to determine the award recipients.
3) Best of City Awards for Agents and Teams (Per-city)
The winners are determined based on the top percentage of professionals and teams with the highest ratings and number of reviews for properties transacted within the given year.
- Real Estate professionals with any account type (free or paid) can be nominated to win this prestigious award.
- The nominee will be considered for the first city that they geo-farm on their profiles.
- A minimum requirement of three reviews is needed to be eligible or considered for a city award.
4) Inaugural Accelerator Award (National Award)
This award will be presented to the top 15 individual real estate professionals in Canada that are up to three years new to the real estate.
5) Top Ranked Brokerage Award (National Award)
This award is awarded to the top five brokerages in Canada based on the quality, ranking and rating of reviews received for agents in their offices for the year. Brokerages can participate in this award by claiming a free online profile or a paid account. Get started now
