Introducing Beacon!
The Beacon Icon is here to help you find your answers and get the help you need. There's two main ways to get support - using "Ask" or selecting "Answers".
Using "Ask":
To easily get in touch with our support staff, please use the "Ask" feature. If our team is online, you will have two options - to email or chat with us. Pick whichever channel is most handy. If we are offline, the default "Ask" option will be to email us. Please follow the prompts and don't worry, we'll get to your questions as soon as we can!
Using the "Answers" Tab:
Catered specifically to your needs, our handy FAQ database has (basically) ALL the answers, tutorials, and notifications about using RankMyAgent.
Depending on your role, Instant Answers will show up as soon as you click this tab. These are the most frequently sought out questions for our site. Click on the entry and get your answers!
Can't seem to find the solution right away? Use the search box (labeled as "What can we help you with?") and type in your question or keywords of your question. Answers will start to populate based on what you type in.

Using the Answers feature but find that the image instructions are hard to read? Click on the image to expand it.
If you cannot find your answer in the "Answers" tab, please send us a message in the "Ask" tab.
