How do I write a review about my agent?
Writing reviews is a way to communicate your gratitude to your agent, spread the word on the great service, and allow other homeowners to know about the excellent work of your agent This also allows the agent to build trust, and get recognized for a job well done.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to write your review.
Go to the Survey
If You Received a Review Request from your Agent
If you were sent a Review Request email, please click "Click here" or the link provided by your agent to start the survey.
If You Did Not Receive a Review Request Email from Your Agent
Head to our website and click on "Write a Review" to start a survey.
Enter the name of your agent in the "Select Agent" field. Select the name of your agent from the dropdown that appears.
Note: You MUST fill out the "Select Agent" field and choose from the dropdown menu if your agent's name appears.
Write the Review
1) Please click and pick the star ranking (out of 5) that is appropriate per question.
If you are certain that your agent deserves a full five-star review across all categories, click our shortcut "5 star quick rate" option to fill out all stars to 5 stars immediately.
2) Please fill out the comments section of your review.
We know that other users rely on your reviews to make one of the biggest decisions of their life, so the more details you leave equals a better picture of the experience you had with your agent. Please refrain from slander, name-calling, and inappropriate comments. Read our Review Guidelines for more information.
3) Fill out the Factors questions by selecting any of the choices. These are optional.
4) Please leave details of the services your agent provided: including the date, how they helped you, and the transaction address. If you bought and sold with the same agent, please leave both addresses.
Note: We never publish your address as this information is only used to verify your review. We do however, link the review to the neighbourhood, to help other users to get a better picture of where an agent has been active.
5) Leave your name (or an alias if you choose) and your legitimate email address.
Click on the box saying "Confirm you have read our Review Guidelines and agree to our Terms of Use." Then click "Confirm Review" - and you're done submitting your review!
6) Verify your Review. Check your inbox and find our email. Open the email and verify your review by clicking on the link. A confirmation page will appear once you click on the link.
If you do not find it in your inbox, please check your "Junk" or "Promotion" folders.
Voila! Your review has been verified and you are done!
Please wait while your review is sent to moderation. A notification will be sent once your review is posted.
