How do I change my profile picture?
To change the profile photo displayed on your RankMyAgent profile, kindly follow these steps:
1. Log in to your RankMyAgent account here.
2. Click Account > select Edit Profile.
3. In the Personal Details tab, please scroll down to the Profile photo section.
4. Please click the Select image button so you can browse your computer files and select the photo that you want to use as your profile picture.
5. Once you have selected the image, please adjust it as needed by zooming in or out.
Tip: To resize your photo after selecting the image, use your mouse's scroll wheel or your laptop's touchpad—scroll up to zoom in and down to zoom out.
- When you are satisfied with the image size, click Crop and Upload, so that any changes you've made would be saved.
Note: One of the most common reasons why your profile photo does not upload is because your photo must meet the required size:
- Minimum size: 330px x 330px
- Maximum size: 1920px x 1920px
