What criteria can I rank my agent on?

Please note, the client must have had a firm/closed transaction to buy, sell or rent a home across North America to write a review.

RankMyAgent.com enables clients to rank an agent based on the following criteria:

• Agent’s experience
• Professionalism
• Neighbourhood knowledge
• Property knowledge
• Negotiation skills
• Communication skills
• Contact expectation

Clients make a selection from 0-5 stars. We also require clients to write a comment about their experience below the ratings.

* The transaction address is validated and verified with the Agent prior to posting on RankMyAgent. Please note, the transaction address is never shared on the site and is only used for verification of the review.
