RMA features two main types of accounts: our Basic (free) and Premium (paid via monthly or annual subscription).
In a nut-shell, our Premium account allows you to use all of our full features, while our Basic account allows you to use a limited version of this.
You can always use RMA as a Basic member to get our core benefits: simply by being on RMA, you're able to use our SEO power for greater visibility and attract new clientele by gaining trust through our verified reviews.
Here are a few on-going, overall benefits of our platform (please note some features are in our Premium account only):
- With RMA, you'll always be able to gather more SEO power. This is because we give you a SEO-optimized micro-site (your publicly-searchable profile page). This means that not only can you rank higher, rich snippets are also enabled to appear in your Google searches. Why does this matter? - You're able to make your reviews go farther online with our syndications (like REALTOR.ca), Widgets, and more: How to Amplify your Reviews
- We take the work out of getting your reviews with our Review Requests feature. It takes a minute to do, and provides a direct link to your survey page for ease of use to your clients. You can also track that request through the Review Stats page, so that you're always in-the-loop and can effectively follow up with your clients.

Individual Agents:
Team Lite
This type of account allows all your members to use one, shared account with one profile page.
Team Plus
This type of account allows all members of your team to collect their own reviews and then feature all reviews on a separate Team page. (This is great for added SEO power.)
You will get access to both team and individual Premium features (including our Widgets and syndications). See an example here.
